Tracy Myatt, Practice Administrator
Tracy enjoys organizing processes and making the business run as efficiently as possible so everyone can perform to their greatest potential. She loves working with patients from the moment they walk in the door through the completion of their appointment, helping them achieve the best possible dental care. A seamless financial process is especially important to her.
She has been a part of the Advanced Dental Wellness team since 2000. In her free time, she enjoys biking, reading, knitting, decorating, and following Ohio State football. She loves being close to her three grown children and her four incredible granddaughters.
Faye Roberts, Front Desk Manager
Faye began her dental career 43 years ago on the clinical side of dentistry because she loved the idea that changing a patient’s smile could transform their lives. Getting to know patients and making them feel at home while they are in her care is especially meaningful to her. She enjoys easing patients’ fears and concerns when it comes to their dental needs.
She has been in dentistry since 1982 and with Advanced Dental Wellness since 2008. In her free time, she enjoys boating and spending time outdoors with her friends and family.
Jennifer Siefker, Registered Dental Hygienist
Jennifer always knew she wanted to be involved in healthcare and was drawn to dentistry because of how focused the care is and how much of an impact it can have on a patient’s life. She enjoys building relationships with patients and their families and watching them grow. She believes it is important to help people understand the connection between oral health and overall health.
Jennifer has been with Advanced Dental Wellness since 2000. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to sporting events with her three boys, and finding new projects to do around the house.
Kelly Glass, RDH, Registered Dental Hygienist
Since she was young, Kelly has enjoyed going to the dentist and knew she wanted a career in the medical field. She combined her love of dentistry with her passion for working with people and made it her profession. Dentistry allows her to build strong relationships with patients, and she especially enjoys educating them on how to achieve and maintain healthy smiles.
Kelly has been with Advanced Dental Wellness since 2003. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys on Lake Erie.
Melissa Woodard, Registered Dental Hygienist
Ever since she was young, Melissa has had a strong interest in healthcare and a natural instinct to care for others. By pairing that with her enjoyment of educating people about topics she is passionate about, she found her calling in dental hygiene. Her favorite part of her job is helping patients feel confident in their smiles while building trusting relationships with them and their families.
In her free time, Melissa enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her husband, traveling, and watching football. She also loves baking for friends and family and reading.
Holly Brownlee, Registered Dental Hygienist
Holly has been in the dental field for 23 years, and her favorite part of her career is forming relationships with patients and helping them achieve better oral health. She believes maintaining good oral health is essential to overall health and well-being. Restoring a patient’s confidence in their smile is especially rewarding for her.
In her spare time, Holly enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and practicing yoga.
LaNea, Dental Assistant
LaNea has been in the dental field for over 15 years. Her passion for dentistry comes from helping patients achieve healthier smiles and providing a comfortable, knowledgeable dental experience. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels informed and at ease during their visit.
Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling and creating new memories with her family. She is happy to be a new member of the Advanced Dental Wellness team.
Danyelle Adams, EFDA CEREC Design Specialist (Tooth Artist)
Danyelle was inspired by her childhood dentist to pursue a career in an industry that still maintains a personal touch. She enjoys helping patients achieve their goals for their smiles and takes great pride in helping people love their smile again.
She has worked in the dental field since 2004 and has been with Advanced Dental Wellness since 2016. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, two children, and her schnauzer, Gus. She also enjoys finding creative projects on Pinterest to try at home.
Sarah Neumeister, EFDA CEREC Design Specialist (Tooth Artist)
Sarah began working in a dental office during her senior year of high school. Her career evolved into becoming an EFDA when she discovered dentistry could be an outlet for her creativity. She believes beautiful tooth art should go “unnoticed”—no one wants to hear, “Wow! Nice crown on your front tooth!” She enjoys the ever-changing nature of the industry and the challenge of learning new technology.
Sarah has been in the dental field since 1996 and has been with Advanced Dental Wellness since 2015. In her free time, she enjoys running, Pilates, and skiing when the weather permits.
